  • The radiator vacuum filling device guarantees fast, bubble-free filling in the event of a repair or during initial filling, without the need for subsequent venting of the cooling system. When the device is used, a vacuum leak test is performed, thus preventing the filling of a leaky cooling system. A Venturi nozzle uses workshop compressed air (6-10 bar) to create a vacuum in the cooling system. If the vacuum remains constant, the cooling system can be filled quickly and bubble-free by drawing in the coolant provided.
