  • In the event of repairs or initial filling, the radiator vacuum filling device guarantees quick and bubble-free filling without subsequent venting of the cooling system. When using the device, a vacuum leak test is carried out and this avoids filling a leaky cooling system. A vacuum is created in the cooling system using workshop compressed air (6...10 bar) through a Venturi nozzle. If the vacuum remains constant, the cooling system can be filled quickly and without bubbles by sucking in the provided coolant.
