- During a pressure test of the cooling system, the universal adapter UA 3 is suitable as a sealing plug for the radiator or expansion tank.

Application :
Remove the radiator cap after pressure release.
Press the sealing rubber (1) of the universal adapter UA.. into the opening.
With universal adapters featuring a handle system, pressing the handles into a horizontal position creates the holding force.
With a universal adapter featuring a handwheel, a locking mechanism is achieved by turning the upper handwheel clockwise.
Connect the cooling system tester TVU to the coupling nipple (3) ... and begin the pressure test.
During the pressure test, ensure that the end of the rubber seal does not immerse in the coolant, otherwise coolant will leak out when the test pressure is released; if necessary, lower the fluid level beforehand.
